He is very nice.the staff is super nice.

1/30/03 My husband and I met with Dr. Kaczmarski at BTC in Philadelphia...he was very nice. I did not feel rushed. He answered all our questions. He treated us like equals and talked to us, not at us. His office staff were very nice and helpful. Strong emphasize on aftercare and risks of surgery. Basically, if I had to label him, I would consider him an enegineer type...he is very precise. His bedside manner is fine; he is friendly and kind, but not warm and fuzzy. I can barely wait until he performs my surgery.

A very caring individual. He took wonderful care of my Fiancee. He's very informative and makes the family members feel comfortable and "in the loop".

Dr. Kaczmarski is a gentle and soft spoken man. I loved him and appreciate his commitment and skill to helping the morbidly
obese.

Very nice! And very informative! I have a feeling that he is a talented and professional surgeon, and he was very understanding that I had a lot of questions for him. He really emphasized after care and before care.

Dr. K was very nice he was very open about the surgery he answered all my questions to the fullest. I have only seen him one time so my impression is still very good about him. The staff at BTC is wonderful they are very helpful and have helped me a great deal. Future patients should know that they can ask him anything and he will answer it for them. He talked briefly about aftercare I am sure I will talk with him more after the surgery. He was straight forward about the risks, showing me all the statistics. I would give him on a scale of 1-10 a 10.

He was great and very concerened before and after the surgery. He did not surger coat anything, he told me like it was about the risks, the benifits what to expect, and what I needed to do. After the surgery he checked me out every day along with the rest of his staff, of nurses, breathing therapist, and nutritionist. I could have not asked for any better care from him or his staff!!!! GREAT JOB

The surgeon was very intersted in hearing what I had to say. He took the time to answer all my questions. My first impression was that he was the surgeon I wanted to do my surgery.
The office staff was able to answer every question I had, or get me an answer in a timely manner. Everyone was very polite.

I saw Dr. Christopher Kaczmarski at the BTC center in Grove City/Columbus Ohio. He was professional & kind. He explained all the risks of surgery as well as the benefits. Though I had a long list of questions, he answered each patiently & thoroughly. I spoke with him only at the consultation & a couple minutes before & after surgery (8/8/02). Unfortunately for his Ohio patients, he moved to Pennsylvania to head the new BTC center, so I haven't seen him since.

My follow up appointments have been with Dr. Victor Stelmack at BTC in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Stelmack has also been very professional & reassuring during my recovery & maintenance.

I met with Dr Kaczmarski back in March 2003.
I liked him very much. He is very knowledgable and answered all my questions. He is very experienced with this surgery he has performed over 1080 to date. He is very experienced and helps me feel confident about his ability. He told me it would take 3-4 months to get everyting done and have surgery. My surgery is scheduled in June,
three and half months after my first consultation. Sometimes it takes his office a few days to get back to you but they usually returned my calls in 2 days.
