Surgical competence-I love his confindence

Dr. Kaczmarski was very informative about the procedure. He seems very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the RNY surgery. I feel comfortable talking to him and asking questions. I am scheduled for my surgery on 1/28/05.

Dr. Kaczmarski was very impressive. The Clinic period was great. I was very nervous when I first walked through the door. The peeople that work there was very supportive. They were able to address all my concerns. It took a little while for me to get through the starting process. But with the support for my daughter and friends. I am ready. I had a few trembles along the way. I was first scheduled for surgery August 24, 2004. At pre-admission teting I was advised that I was off the schedule and needed to go through Cardiac clearance. I was depressed. But then, i thought to myself, it was in my best interest. They could of just let me have the surgery. But the caring in them did what was best for me. I went to see a cardiologist.

I'm happy. I passed Cardiac Clearance. Now, I am ready. Oh no! I was advised that I need to get a Sleep Study.

Can you beleived it? I have Sleep Apnea. After finding that out I was convinced that maybe I should not do this. Well, I spoke to some friends, who encouraged me to be strong and continue with my goal. I prayed and placed my trust GOD. All will be well:)

He seemed to be very caring. He answered all of our questions. Our appointment was the last of the day and we weren`t rushed. He was very informative. My husband and I both liked him, so far. He made sure we understood that the surgery is a tool. I like his assistant also. he told us pretty much what to expect. We were approved already and his staff called to let us know the same day we received our letter of approval. Now all we must do is wait to get our testing done. I need a stress test and my hubby needs clearence from his urologist.So far Dr. Kazmarski gets a 90%. This is my personel opinion. I really liked him and he was genuinely concerned, at least it seemed so.

I had my first consultation with Dr Kaczmarski on Dec. 9th, 2005. I was very impressed, and feel very comfortable with him as my surgeon.
He was very professional and very thorough in his explanations. I really like the idea that the DR. along with the clinic specializes only in Bariatrics.

Dr. Kaczmarski, was very professional. Nice dresser and very neat. The staff at the Barix Clinics are excellent, they are extremly nice and made me feel very comfortable. When making an appointment to meet with my doctor yiu should know he is very busy and that you should have patients with the office staff in scheduling. I have not had my surgery yet so I am not sure what to expect since everyone is different, but i can tell you this office and hospital is prepared for you and anything that you will need. It's up to you and noone else for you to loose weight! All surgerys have risks and this one does. Speak to your health care professional about risks with wls, I was informed of everything that could go wrong. I think my doc is great all around and I would say he gets an A+ with everything his knowledge and bedside manner.

RIGHT FROM THE START I KNEW THAT DR. K WAS THE SURGEON FOR ME.HE TOOK THE TIME TO GO INTO COMPLETE DETAIL ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF THE SURGERY.HE DID NOT CANDY COAT THE RISKS.HE IS VERY DIRECT WHICH I BOTH NEED AND RESPECT.I WAS NOT WILLING TO SETTLE FOR ANYONE BUT 1 OF THE BEST AND THATS WHAT DR. K. IS.
MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS HOW HARD IT WAS TO REACH ANY OF HIS STAFF PRE-OP.(VERY,VERY FRUSTRATING.)PHONE MESSAGES THAT I LEFT WERE
NEVER RETURNED.PERHAPS THE CLINIC NEEDS TO BRING THEIR P/R SKILLS UP TO HIS LEVEL.

he was very informative, he made sure that i really wanted the surgery and it wasnt just a passing fancy, made sure through a lot of tests that i was healthy enought for the surgery. i like him more and more and respect him for helping people. the staff was wonderful, the hospital was spotless everyone cared about me asked me over and over if i had any questions and didnt make me feel like any question i asked was stupid even though they probably answered the questions all day long. there was nothing i didnt like i was very impressed.as far as the aftercare i havent had it yet but they said that it was very important to follow through with it. they have a wonderful after care program but unfortunately i live 3 hours away and probably will be doing the aftercare locally. he explained the things that can go wrong with the surgery, what to expect, things to look out for overall i would rate 95percent like any surgery is dangerous, and he made sure i had all the facts and that there are things that can go wrong. surgical competence id say but i dont think i will have any problems with the other two .

I was very impressed with Dr Kaczmarski. I did alot of reserach on him. I check everthing that I could get my hands on to tell me more about him. I was so impressed and feel so comfortable that Barix is out of network and I will be paying the cost not covered by insurance. I had a chance to got to another DR. in network fully covered but decided against it. I know that I made the right choice with Dr.Kaczmarski

His office and staff is great. I have been a royal pain and never made me feel like I was. The staff held my hand through everything. I even asked Dr. K flat out how many patients have dies in his care. My mom thought I was nuts for asking it, but I have to know. He was very honest with me. After that, I decided he was the Dr. for me.
