I have tried the Grape Frost and the Alpine Punch. The after taste of both of these flavors is sick as hell. I have to hold my nose to drink them. But hey they have the protein I need. Served super super cold helps with the aftertaste.

The price sounds a little high, but if you purchase it during the first 7 days of the month you get 20% off, and a lot of times it is also on sale for 25% off.
With those two discounts you end up paying only about $55.00, which is a lot cheaper than $90.00!

I am hooked on the Grape Freeze flavor and the Orange is good too. That's what I grab instead of a soda while I'm running errands now. Great source of protien.

Awesome taste but will definitely order over the internet. GNC was just horribly expensive but didn't want to order until I tried it.

I love grapefrost, blue raspberry, orangepianpple banana, applemelon, and find them very palatable. 40gm protien per bottle, clear liquid no carbs. Almost refreshing.

They are $3.50 each, but if you buy 6 bottles, you get 10% off at GNC. It tastes like a mildly tart Kool-Aid. It's great for people who don't want a dairy product to get their protein.

It is a better value to buy the powder.
The Bottles are VERY EXPENSIVE, and since you need this (or lose your hair, or worse.. get the powder..!

I only really like the Icy Orange and the Alpine Punch. I cannot drink it by itself. I usually mix 5 oz. of each kind (10 oz. = 20 oz. protein) with about 6 oz. of Sugar Free CHERRY Koolaid. For whatever reason, the cherry flavor helps to mask that "proteiny" taste. Still can taste it, but not so bad.
