I have tried both the vanilla and the toasted coconut. The powder mixes well with plain water with a spoon (I have not tried milk or soy or almond milk as I am within my two week pre-op diet and no carbs is the goal). The taste of both is very good. The coconut I like better frozen (as I'm not a sweet lover and drinking a full glass as a meal replacement is a little much for me.) I even had the vanilla with hot water as I'm not keen on cold breakfasts. It was good and warming. Kind of like Starbucks foo foo vanilla latte.
(indicates that they have used the product)I was struggling to get my protein in so I purchased these 8 oz drinks which contain 15 grams of protein. They are not horrible but leave a nasty milky film taste in your mouth. The price is absolutely outrageous. If at all possible I would stick with other sources of protein.
(indicates that they have used the product)If you need to get in liquids and protein in the early stages post op this is a good way to do it. Tastes a bit like melted jello with a yogurt-y aftertaste. Not too bad, but some don't like it. Better when super cold. Lots of flavors, but Mango Peach is my favorite.
