I tried the pre-mixed Alpine Punch for 3.50 a bottle to see if I liked it enough to buy the large mix. I liked the pre-mixed a lot! Unfortunately, I spent $50 to find out the mix doesn't look or taste the same as the pre-mix. It looks like strawberry milk and tasted so bad I spit it out. Buy the pre-mix but not the dry mix!

This is the protein I use on an every day basis. I find that I must add soem type of flavor to it (ie sugar free Cappacino or syrup) to make it tolerable. I mix it in Carb Countdown Fat free milk to get the best bang for my buck.

Excellent taste. Can be mixed with as little as a half cup of skim or 1% milk.
Whey Protein Isolate...the best source for protein for the post-op patient.
25 Grams of protein/serving.

So far the apple melon is the best tasting. I haven't tried them all, but for that amount of protein they are wonderful! 40g of protein per bottle. Great product!

I buy it by the case and get several cases at a time. I truly don't remember how much it is as I haven't had to buy any for four months. I like all the flavors except for the peach. (I generally don't like anything in peach.)

Because I had to start my "NO FOOD", "PROTEIN" diet one week prior to surgery, I tried several varieties before this. And, this one wins HANDS DOWN!!!!

The Grape Frost is VERY good. The Alpine Punch is good. I still have several others to try, but expect the same results.

They remind me of kool-aid that doesn't have enough sugar in them. So, it's VERY tolerable.

There is a wierd feeling, for lack of a better description, afterwards, but it is by far very easy to go down.

takes some getting use to , taste is okay but is better when really cold , or put in freezer for a little bit for ice to form.

Just a bit "fuzzy" on the tounge but all in all very good protein for the amount. If you drink 1.5 bottles a day (like I did in the beginning) you will have diarreah.

So far, I've only tried the AppleMelon, but it seems ok. Hubby didn't care for it, but it beats having the milky protein all the time. Buy the premixed first and see if you want to invest in buying the powder to make it yourself in bulk. Provides 40g of protein in 20 oz.
