This drink contains NO calories, NO fat, NO carbs, and NO aspartame. But what it DOES contain is CAFFEINE, yet it is NOT carbonated. It's like a fruit punch, but this 16 ounce beverage contains the amount of caffeine that you would find in one and a half cups of coffee! Real winner for those who can't stomach coffee anymore, but still wants their caffeine!

The bar is pretty big and has 15 grams of protein. It's got 12 grams of sugar but that is normally all the sugar I get a day. I can't take the testure of regular protein bars but this one is crunchy. It is chocolate/peanut butter. It certainly doesn't taste like a Reeses but it's not bad.

Lasts about two weeks

THIS IS A HORRIBLE TASTING PRODUCT. I bought the Lemon Cheesecake and now I wish that I hadn't wasted my money. I gagged down the 1st bit and then had to throw the rest away. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

I drink the low carb Myoplex. 30 grams of protien. 2 grams sugar. Helped kick me back into weight loss. I love this product.

I used these a lot when I was allowed to eat soft foods post-op. I would take a bit and suck on the bite until it dissolved. There are no chunks, it is a smooth bar. The cookies and cream is heavenly. It has a chocolate center with a white outside that melts in your mouth. I knew I was getting my protein in and having a nice treat. I keep one in my purse for if I get hungry during the day, so I'm not tempted to put something in my mouth I shouldn't.

I use the Soy chocolate because the whey is actually a milk product which will cause a reaction in those of us who are milk intolerant. It tastes very good and has a medium thickness texture. Thinner than a milkshake.

I find the eating 1/2 a cookies and cream bar with my morning tea to be a real treat.

It's probably me. I just don't like the taste of it. It had too much of an aftertaste.
