Lovie it ice cold. I have one almost every day....what a treat it is for me. And it ups my protein for very few calories.

These are what has gotten me through, but they aer being repackaged in the very near future...
if you like iced coffee and you need to get your protein in..these are a great way. Very mobile too.

These are perfect for a breakfast substitute. I drink one every morning. It has 110 calories and 15 g protein.

The EAS Advantage Coffee House protein drinks (3 I know of) are divine. I really love these things. They are the only protein drink I tolerate. They are so good I would drink them all day if they were only cheaper and easier to find in my area. I love to stick them in the freezer for about an hour so they get slushy and I am in heaven. Very, very GOOD. I have one on most mornings because I have a hard time eating early before work. Yummy.

not bad it has a good taste... was a good way for me to get in protein when i couldnt do protein drinks... i use them now for when i am not able to be home and its to hard to make a protein drink ....

This is my staple. I am almost 9 years out and have lived on this product pretty much from the beginning. I drink at least 2 per day. As long as it is very cold, I find it delicious. Everyone has their own taste, and this satisfies mine. This is my favorite flavor, but I also order the Rich Dark Chocolate. Once in a while I'll get the French Vanilla to make fruit shakes, but rarely because I can use the Strawberry Cream for that. It has 17 grams of protein, and only 110 calories, so it is a great snack as well as a good breakfast. For a bigger meal, I use one of these, put in frozen fruit, add a scoop of protein powder and blend. Worth a try. So easy to grab on the way out the door.

The only flavor of Myoplex Lite that I found worth drinking was the chocolate. It can get pretty lumpy if it gets too cold and at times I have found to be gritty... but overall it has been a good tool for me trying to pack in the protein!

I have been using Myoplex products for over 10 years now, and have been drinking the myoplex lite for about five. It is slighty more bitter tasting than the original, but still a good value.

It meets all the needs you need high in protein,low in sugar,they also have the no sugar drink. It taste good and smooth. I really like the taste.
