The strawberry is even better but not on the list.

This drink is high protein, low cal/low carbs and it tastes the best of all the Myoplex drinks to me.

This drink needs to be mixed with a blender or hand mixer. There is a big clump of protein in it and a watery liquid if you don't use a mixer. I gagged the first time I drank it because I didn't mix it up, just shook the package. It doesn't taste bad, it just has a weird texture if you don't mix it up.

The taste on these are good and these are so convenient and easy to grab in a hurry... both the chocolate and vanilla are great -- i heard they also make a strawberry that's fantastic, but i haven't found it at walmart. i've heard these are more expensive elsewhere, so walmart has the best prices.

Only 2 carbsper drink. As your protein snack you don't have to wait an hour before you drink fluids. You can resume as soon as shake is done, thus helping get your fluid intake in.

Tastes just like Medifast from years ago--Couldn't really stand it then either, have to drink it with ice

The nutritionist wanted me to get into the habit b4 my surgery she recommended the Myoplex shake for the protein. I need 70g of protein a day and the shake has 40g. Is rich and thick just like a regular shake
