Great for protein needs!

Mixes well, very thick and filling, 25g protein, sugars 2g, carb 20g

I HATE protein drinks..until I found this one..easy, in a pouch (not can, so no metal taste), already mixed up, just shake it..no gritty, vitamin taste..I thought I'd never find one I liked. Wish it had more protein though (15 grams)..however, just 2 carbs.

These are the best drinks I have found. They are tasty and convenient. They are puchased in packages of 4 and come in variety of flavors.

Great taste, does not get chunks in it when drinking it, easy to use, can be mixed ahead and does not get mushy or chunky.

not bad it has a good taste... was a good way for me to get in protein when i couldnt do protein drinks... i use them now for when i am not able to be home and its to hard to make a protein drink ....

The consistency is what kills it the flavor is not too bad. It feels like you are swallowing a mouth full of snot. *shudder*
