I have been so very happy with dr andrei and the office staff from my very first visit. I have always been made to feel that i am always important and never made to feel anything i have to ask about is not worthy of an informed answer. I would and have praised this office and all that is being done here to help people to have a healthy and happy life style.
Today's visit was an awesome one. This was another followup to my surgery from June 23, 2011. From the time I entered the office and greeted by his staff for my appointment I got a special visit from Andy :) My weigh in and measurements was a good sign that I am on the right path and the decision to remove the lap band and have the gastric surgery was on point. My nutritionst gave words of encourgement and answered all my concerns. Looking forward to buying smaller clothing. Thank you one and all.
I give all thanks to Dr. Andrei and our heavenly father above for helping me with my weight. When I started I was 338 lbs back in 2009, now as of March 2,2012 I am now 256 and I can move around a lot better than I ever have. I just returned to his office after 2 years because I had problems with my back.
Dr. Andrei's bedside manner and care was something that really impressed me. Office staff was always pleasant and helpful. The aftercare was fantastic and very informative. The point that he can put you at ease and prepare you for the life change was something that really helped me moving forward after surgery. Diabetes runs in my family and I have seen what it has done to my mother, that was one of the reasons that I agreed to the surgery which has helped me to accomplish some of my goals. It takes a lot of discipline afterwards but with his support and guidance it made it easier for me to move ahead. He never made me feel any regrets about the surgery.
It's been a year. I'm about 140 lbs down. Now its Planet Fitness 5 days a week for an hour starting at 5:45 AM. I am up to 30 minutes on the eliptical machine and spend an additional 15 minutes spinning before I lift.
A year ago this was only a dream. Thank you Dr Andrei, Pam, Andrew and the rest of the team. You are highly recommended by me.
I would highly recommend Dr. Andrei to any of my friends or family. He has assembled an intellegent responsive staff that under his leadership has shepherded me through my Bariatric journey with friendly, articulate and concerned attention to the slightest detail of my sojourn.
Dr. Andrei provided detailed explanations of my options, professional guidance as I chose my procedure and walked me through the process from day one through today, day 91 and counting.
During immeadiate aftercare both Dr. Andrei, his associates and members of his staff remained in contact with me, checking my progress and monitoring changes to keep me healthy and well. Over the last 13 weeks his staff has provided excellent information and direction helping me make appropriate life style choices as I continue to work on the changes required to make me into the healthier, happier me I have chosen to become.
In the two years prior to becoming Dr. Andrei's patient I had researched the different Bariatric options available to me and had gone through some initial steps with a number of other Bariatric Surgeons. In each case I was uncomfortable with some aspects of the treatment I was given or the answers provided to my inqueries. It was not until I met with Dr. Andrei (at the recommendation of friends who had been through the process) that I found a surgeon and team I believed would be the best for me. As a critical shopper I found that Dr. Andrei's approach to Bariatric surgery and how he and his team addressed my concerns satisifed my need for a professional team that would help me achieve the results I have envisioned.
The work is in progress, there are many more steps on the journey I must take, but I believe I have selected the correct guide and with that help will be successful.

He is a very good . He take the time to explain the pro and con of the surgery. His staff keep in touch with the patient in all aspects such as how you are doing physically , nutrition, and insurance problem. the suport programs helps a lot if you have any questions.
Dr Andrei and his staff is great. He is always willing to help. He wants to see you do well. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have weight loss surgery
As far as the surgery itself, absolutely no complications, no food issues. I healed extremely fast. I actually can very easily forget that I had any surgery at all (except for the fact that Dr. Andre's staff likes to keep tabs on me, haha) I had the Gastric Sleeve. I'm not losing weight as fast as I thought I would, or as fast as I would like, but the weight is coming off. I feel good, and I'm feeling stronger.
My first impression of Dr. Andrei was great. His staff was also great. They are all very nice and personable, and they answered any questions I had without judgement. I feel like they all care about their patients. If I have any questions about anything I know that I can call the office and ask, and I will get an answer as soon as possible. Before you have any procedure they explain in detail what you need to do, the process you are going to go through, and everything else in between. It's been a very pleasant expirience.
Dr. Andrei is an amazing Dr. He did my surgery Feb. 6th of 2012 and it was the first day of my new life. I had heard about Dr. Andrei through a family member was so nervous about the surgery but when i met him he put my nerves to rest. He is very through and professional. I had some obsticales before my surgery but afterwards i feel like a new woman. As I start my new journey of weight loss and my new life I owe it all to Dr. Andrei.
