Dr. Schreiber is not only a nice person
but also a great surgeon. I was very pleased
with his skills. He visited me every day
during Post-Op in the hospital. I have had
no complications and am feeling great. His
office staff always returns calls and is
very helpfull. They also are competent and
friendly.

I really liked my surgeon, he seemed upfront and honest. He didn't have alot of concerns since I don't have any health problems other than my annoying foot. The staff are efficient and helpful, they got the request for approval out quickly and I was quite satisfied with their level of expertise. I was impressed with Dr. Schrieber's after-care program. The fee's for the follow-ups are included in the entire cost, so I won't have to come up with a separate fee everytime I visit him.

My first impression of Dr. Schreiber was that he was very straight forward and informative. Did not make this out to be a cure all. He stated that the effort is 60% surgery and the other 40% would be my doing. He was quiet and straight to the point. Office staff was very occomadating and friendly. I was informed by many other physicians that he is one of the best surgeons in the country regarding this particular procedure. I just had my 3 week follow up and am due back in another 5 months unless I feel that I need something in between. There is an exercise program I can attend at the hospital after 6 weeks post op. The rest of the staff was great also. Never felt barred from asking questions. Nutritionist was very informative and accomodating, as well. Was told to call Dr. Schreiber at any time, day or night, if I had any problem what-so-ever. All risks were told to me up front. He is a little quiet, not animated, but I much prefer someone with a vast knowledge of the surgery than someone who is willing to hold my hand throughout it.

I met Dr. Schreiber only once and he seems very nice and very good at what he does. He did my sisters surgery 2 years ago and she just loved him. His staff is great. Untill I have the surgery I can't really answer some of the questions but...I will keep you posted.

I have an appointment 2/13/2000. I was a little disapointed that it would take so long to see him, but good things come to those who wait!

Great first impressions and the office staff there is great!I would rate a 10!

He was a very informative surgeon. Answered all questions I had. My husband had many, many questions and they indeed were all answered by Dr. Schreiber. He was not pushy at all. Explained everything completely and thouroughly. Office staff was great, and caring. Only one negative moment...while having a importand discussion with the nurse, and having many questions answered, one of the office staff started the VERY LOUD copy machine. This ticked me off. I thought it was very inconsiderate, however, all my questions were answered. (once the copy machine stopped)haha! But these people really care!! I will see them again in 10 days...

I believe Dr. Screiber really cares about his patients and is just as happy when we succeed!

I believe the same about his staff who works very hard to get you to the surgery... through it and past it!

They have a wonderfully rounded program... from pre-op to lifelong follow ups.

The staff very carefully explained the benefits and risks of surgery.

I would say that his surgical competence and bedside manner were both quite wonderful.

The day I met Dr. Schrieber, he was being paged to come to surgery, and was therefore in a hurry. He quickly assesed that I was a candidate for the surgery, and was VERY straightforward about the implications/complications of the surgery. I wouldn't say he was friendly or unfriendly, neither of which I especially care about. Competency is what I'm looking for, and he DID seem that. I've heard/read countless things about his and Dr. Sonpal's excellent bedside manner, so attribute his rather abruptness to his needed departure.
