Dr. Fabito is a fabulous surgeon. My experience was great with him. He's been practicing for many years and understood the pre and post-op questions and concerns I had.

dr fabito came highly recommended to me by many people. i was totally impressed with his knowledge about this surgery. he has done over 2,000 surgeries in the last 27 years and even was involved with many of the latest updates and advancments. im sorry to say that i believe he is retiring in feb/mar
as his mal-practice insurance has gone way high. i also was told that st.alexius was being sold????? i feel very blessed to have been one of his last patients and wish him the very best.

Dr. Fabito in my opinion was an incredible surgeon...I could not have asked for better...

My first impression of Dr.Fabito was one of professionalism. He is very experienced at WLS. I would highly reccomend him.
Ida is wonderful and easy to talk to about anything.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like about him or Ida.
I am so happy that he was my doctor during my weight loss journey. He explained all the risks od surgery and was completely honest with us about mortality rates.
I keep in touch with many of his patients and they have all had good things to say about him.
The only bad thing was the wait to have surgery. I think they just want to make sure that this is what you want.

He is the best I like the way he explanes every thing and he makes you fill good about it so far he is a a++ in my book

I took my sister with me when we had a group consultation. We both agree that he was really personable, friendly, and knew what he was talking about.
I later had a one on one consultation.
I liked him more every time I saw him.
His staff was good, all though they seemed to request things that I didn't know how to get.
Future Patients should know that your in good hands.
All the after care except appointments with him are supervised by New Start.
He told me of the risk, and the benifits of surgery.
I would rate him high, He knows what he is doing.
Surgical competence is by far more important, but he has some fairly good bedside manner.

My first impression of Dr Fabito was favorable he is not a tall man. My admiration grew tremendously for Dr. Fabito in the month I spent with My mother during her surgery. When my mother passed away Dr. Fabito left his groceries to come and stay with me. Not many doctors have that level of committment to their patients and families. I thank god everyday for DR. Fabito. He did my surgery in May just 4 months after my moms death. We were both nervous but excited too. Now my mother can live her life through me. There is nothing I can say negative about DR. Fabito. He is saving my life. Dr. Fabito emphasizes after care and follow up I am almost ready to schedule my 6 month check up with him. I rate Dr. Fabito as 100% and then some!!! I honestly can say I have no negative comments on Dr. Fabito. He is the best there is to offer.

Well, where do I start. It was a long time in the process before I actually met Dr. Fabito. I started my process in December of 2002. Then it was a waiting game. I finally got to met him two weeks before my surgery. He was a wonderful man, very kind hearted and to the point. I can't say enough about him. I am truly greatful to this man for giving me my life back.

Will meet him for the first time on August 5th. My initial meeting with Dr. Fabito was informative. He has a great sense of humor and explaned everthing very well. Was very clear that his part of the process of wieght reduction was only one third and that aftercare is just as important.
