I did not believe at first that these shakes would be filling for someone who needs to feel full like myself. I tried the Dutch chocolate and the mocha but I find the mocha was the best tasting. The chocolate was kind of chalky. If you mix the two together it isn't so bad. One shake will hold me over for a few hours without feeling hungry so I would definitely recommend these to those who are busy and on the go a lot like myself.

I used the product for about 6 months, the pricing was a barrier sometimes. I spent a lot of time looking on ebay and amazon for a good deal from one of my amazon orders the company gave me a discount coupon. It says good for optifast and medifast:

Since they offered google checkout I used them with fast shipping. I'm not on the optifast plan, I like their shakes a bit better, but medifast has much more variety and I can order in smaller amounts.

I liked the orange and banana flavors the best.

I did Medifast 2 times in 10 years. Lost 190 and 175 each time. you can lose with the diet, but put it back on PLUS when returning to real foods.
Same results as any other diet.

The taste of this stuff is disgusting.

Some flavors are great - I adore chocolate appetite suppressant. Awesome in magic bullet with crushed ice. Antioxidant shakes (Dk Choc, Cherry Pom) can be gritty. Bananna & strawberry too sweet for me.

good nutrition kinda chalky taste

I tried the Orange Creme mixed with water and some ice. I mixed this with a Magic Bullet. It was horrible! I could barely get it down. I would never buy any of their products, as they are expensive as well.
