I used this with my diet. I did the WHOLE herbalife diet and I lost 30lbs with it but the protein keeps me full and it's tastless!

I use this product and found t will work well for postop. It comes in several flavors: Very Berry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Cookies and Cream, and a brand new Latte', I will update you as to the flavor of that one as well. They are all fantastic and you can also purchase an extra protien additive which has no flavor but adds 5g of protein per tablespoon. I add 2 so I don't get hungry between shakes. They also have vitamin suppliments but they are rather large pills so postop you might have t break them down, not sure though.

I HAVE ONLY TRIED THE FRENCH VANILLA SO FAR.. BUT IT WAS REALLY GOOD...

I add 1 scoop to my herbalife shake and it fills me up. Highest protein and lowest fat... Haven't found anything else out there to beat it!

I love this product because it breaks down the protein and gives me relief for gas.

I must say for a simple reason...I need TOTAL CONTROL over my obese mind.

I add 1 scoop per shake for added protein from a whey / soy isolate base.
This has no taste and I also add a scoop to my Oatmeal and any soft foods I have.
