The vanilla and the wild berry flavors were the only two I liked. I'd mix the vanilla with oatmeal or yogurt. And I mixed the wild berry with vanilla yogurt or in milk. This was done pre-surgery. I'm not sure how they'll work after. They are soy isolate based so they work well with dairy based products.

I love these vitamins since I can take them three times a day and absorb more from them than if I took just one daily multi-vitamin. Herbalife also has a product called Dinomins, which is there children's version of a MV. Taste great and you only need to chew two a day for an adult serving.

These shakes taste GREAT! My husband mixes with water, I use nonfat milk you can also use soy, add frozen fruit or ice and they are absolutely wonderful so creamy and taste fantastic. I have tried a lot of shake products, and these are the best I?ve found. I?ve tried the vanilla, chocolate Wild Berry. They also come in Cookies & Cream and Tropical Fruit. There is even a Kosher version.
