Comes in vanilla and chocolate. Add milk, quarter of a banana and some ice mix in blender and enjoy! Pre op 9-10oz would fill be up, post op about 4-6oz does the trick.

I think Costco might not sell it anymore. i can't find the exact product online. I did find one similar thru Sam's Club online but with 23 grams protein instead of 27.
