I couldn't hope for a better, more knowledgeable and understanding team. I have heard tell that some doctors really look down upon their obese patients; these folks don't..they are genuine and helpful.

And the best thing, they GOT ME APPROVED!

They have a complete program beginning with the insurance required 6 mos supervised diet, nutritional education, monthly support group, education on surgical options, pre-surgical education on the option of choice, consults with other medical professionals to ensure that all co-morbidities are known...no place else that I know of, has all of this together...and are so pleasant to work with.

I'll add more about actual "bed side" manner, when I get there...but so far, it is hard to determine which is best...because competance and manner are both tops.

First visit -- I am totally sold. He is extremely knowledgeable and has made me 100% sure I am making the right decision.

He answered every single question I had. It's obvious that my well being is most important to him and this practice.

The doctor was very informadble and answered all of my questions promptly. He was very curteous and pleasant.
My impression did not change over time. The only thing that happened was that I became moreeducated in the procedure of bariatric rouen-y surgery. The office staff was always pleasant andprompt with my appointments. I really have no negative feedbackon my surgeon or on his staff. Future patients should know that you are treated with the utmost respectand understanding. The doctors are always available at any time.Aftercare is very emphasized and there isstress on to follow the diets and you willhave no problem. The structured aftercare program is written out in a booklet and presentedto the patient. The doctor addressed the risksof surgery and I fully understand them. I would rate this canter with a 10+ in all aspects of my proceedure.Both surgicale and bedside manner are equally important to me and I only recieved the best quality of both.

I felt very comfortable speaking with him. It was like talking to my best friend. Overtime my impression was great, because it made me feel more reflax. The office in a comfortable state. Where everyone seem causal atomshere. There was nothing least I like about him. Future patients show know that he is a great listener and will answers all questions that you may have. Address the risks of surgery alot. Informing the risks of not following the instructions carefully. Overall I rate him a 10 from a scale 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest. Aftercare emphasize that I will be a lifetime patience. I feel great about that because it made feel that he cares of process of my surgery, that this is not a quick fix.
