He is really nice. Took the time to answer my questions and make sure I didn't have any other questions.

My surgeon is Dr. Ihor Fedorak. He is in my opinion, the VERY BEST! When I first met him, my impression was an instant connection. He was warm, persona,l yet very professional at the same time. Dr. Fedorak spent over an hour with me and my husband. He started at the beginning and went through the whole process. He was so thorough that I didn’t have any questions by the time he finished. He told me several times that he could provide this amazing tool but that it would be hard work. He made sure that I knew this was not an “easy way out”, but that it was “a way out”. Dr. Fedorak does several surgeries each week. He is a master at his profession. I just want to let him know what a difference he has made in my life, for my life is forever changed. I am so thankful that he has chosen this for his profession, for this is obviously his true calling! I am so blessed!

Dr. Scott Fisher is a quiet, confident, capeable and educated man. He took the time to explain the surgery in detail. He made me feel comfortable with my decision to have the surgery without trying to \"sell\" me on it. I work with nurses that have been with him in surgery and therefore I have complete confidence in his skill as a surgeon. He specializes in laparoscopic surgery but is also a general surgeon, vascular surgeon, and a trauma surgeon.

First impression was great, he seems very caring and very thorough.

I have only seen him once so far, but my initial impression was very good. He is personable, honest, and very informative. Not to mention quite attractive! He has a great reputation and I am quite confident in having him perform my surgery.

My first impression of Dr. Fisher is very good. He took time with me going over my options and was very helpful in determining what type of surgery would be best for me. I never felt rushed at all. I know he has a very good reputation so I will hold on to that thought and we will see after surgery.

My first impression was - Young!rnMy second meeting I felt like he was very knowledgeable. His staff so far seem to be very nice and very busy. He has one person who starts the process of the surgery and I think the office could use another person to help. I don't know what I like least yet since I have only met him twice. He did make sure my husband or someone would be with me at home after the surgery. He feels that this is very important. We talked about the risk of surgery because that is a BIG and SCARY thing for me. He made me feel better while I was there in his office asking questions. I have since then let my mind get the better of me. I can't rate him yet, it wouldn't be fair. I do have to say so far I like him very much. He has very good \"bedside manner\" which is important to me, but I can handle jerks if they are competente in their field and Dr. Fisher seems to be very competent, not a jerk so that is a big plus.

My surgeon is very compassionate, gentle and caring and cares about each patient as an individual. rnrnEverything was explained and answered in full detail as far as the risks, aftercare and expectations that I can expect with the weight loss I will experience.

I said it before in \"my story\" but I'll say it again... Dr Fedorak ROCKS!!!! He was SO awesome!! From the moment I met him to every time I go for follow up. He's just fantastic!! He's thorough, he's very patient, he answers all stupid questions I have. He's just so good. He's very detailed, and understanding. I am SO happy he was my surgeon!!! I don't know how things would have been differently had I anyone else as my surgeon!!! Oh - and while I was in the hospital after surgery... he came to visit me EVERY day!!! I have NEVER had a surgeon who actually cared, or seemed like they cared.
