Used as a pre-op diet for 2 weeks in Ontario. Cost $200 for the 2 week supply, 4 shakes a day. The chocolate is more palatable made with cold black coffee instead of water. Both flavours are MUCH better served very cold!

I LOVE this flavored water! The case I bought contains Strawberry-Kiwi, Tropical Fruit, Orange, and Raspberry. Very good 'light' flavor, not sweet, no aftertaste. No calories/carbs. Overall I am very glad I tried this water, it's great!

I used the chocolate CIB. I did get online and subscribe to their newsletter and they sent coupons through the mail which was nice. The Chocolate has 'No Sugar Added'--which I felt tasted good. I used this drink for the 2 week pre-op period-I had to drink 3 of these drinks per day for 2 weeks before surgery. Overall, it tasted good. (I used 1% milk with one pouch.)
