This drink has 40 grams of Ion Exchange Whey protein; 0 carbs and no sugar. I like the fruit punch and grape flavors and drink 1 each morning after working out at the gym. The first time you drink one there is an aftertaste, but after that you get used to it and it is not bad. For 40 grams of protein - it's worth it.
(indicates that they have used the product)While this a bit pricey for everyday use, talk about a wonderful flavor alternative to the thicker protein shakes! I've had the Grape and Apple flavors, and they taste so good! 40 gr. of prot. in each bottle! The burst of energy I get when out riding my bicycle is awesome, and I never feel dragged out afterwards, or 'heavy' after taking in a thicker 'shake' type drink.
(indicates that they have used the product)I have searched thru a lot of protein shakes to find this one. I usually prefer a vanilla flavor, but in the Isopure brand, the chocolate far exceeded the vanilla in taste according to my own opinion. Many of the members of my local wls support group also prefer the Isopure...only 1 carb per 1 scoop

My nutritionist was thrilled with the nutritional value and said it can be used during the clear liquid part of the diet. 160 calories, 0 carbs, 40gm protein, made with Splenda, aspartame free!!!
(indicates that they have used the product)At first this seemed to good to be true. A shake with 50g of protein & I get the low carb so it has only 3 carbs. But after a few days on the shake it starts getting harder to swallow. The chalk taste is bad...so I added a banana along with mine. That helped! Plus serve very cold I always make mine with milk so that adds more protein. Works for me!
