High cost, can be found cheaper elsewhere but this was easy for me to start on pre-op.

I started taking this product one a day for a month BEFORE surgery and one a day still and I am now 6 weeks out and have 10 LONG beautiful finger nales ( which I have NEVER had in my life!) and my hair is getting thicker! I havent started losing hair yet because I hear thats at about 3 months out so I will let you know but for great skin and long nails it sure does WORK!!!!.<P> I wanted to go get a full set of nails put on but I guess I dont have to anymore.;-)<P> P.S. They are very easy to take AFTER surgery and have NO after taste and desolve quickly!

This tastes good & has the right amount of B-12 in the sublingual form but there are cheaper brands out there in the sublingual B-12. Great Earth has a very better one that is an excellent value for the price, I think if I remember right it has enough for 3 months if you take it daily.

Yes, thisis over priced but one can not put a price on your Health.

I WAS HAVING A GREAT DEAL OF HAIR LOSS SO IT WAS GETTING REALLY THIN THE STANDARD B WASNT DOING IT SO WENT TO GENERAL NUTRISION CENTER ASKED THERE ADVISE AND WAS TOLD ABOUT BIOTIN FOR HAIR SKIN AND NAILS. MY HAIR HAS STARTED TO REGROW AND I HOPE THICKENS BACK UP SOON.

It has a horrible after taste when mixed with water. I guess it is better mixed up in a blender with some kind of fruit.

I think they are over priced for a 30 day supply. Personnaly they dont do a think for me.

With a 50% off the second box of 60 tablets this was a excellent deal.
