The pills are huge and taste terrible. This multi vitamin specifically designed for men contains no iron. No wonder I am anemic.

I am not a great fan of the taste of protein drinks so I always spike it with 1% or non-fat milk. This makes it taste pretty good.

I started using this protein powder post-op and have continued to use it for two months. A one scoop serving is 20 grams of protein. It dissovles easily in milk or water and the price is very good, especially if you buy it during a sale.

This is the only protein shake I can tolerate. It has 25 grams of protein, when mixed with 8 ozs of milk it has 34 grams. I like the chocolate. I drink it every morning for breakfast. I mix it with a hand blender and it is smooth with no aftertaste and no chalky stuff!

I started taking this a month ago, as my hair began to fall out around 4 months post-op. It has help reduce the amount of hair that is falling out. It's also made my hair softer and shinier. I'd recommend it.

This is the first form of b-12 I have used post-op. The tablet is supposed to dissolve fully under your tongue before you swallow! This is difficult for me. The pill takes about 15 minutes to dissolve.

You just put these tablets under your tongue and let them dissolve. They are cherry flavored and taste great! I love them!

I love these little guys. I think they taste great. They disolve quickly. I take 2, sometimes 3 per week as a "booster" to my multivitamin.
I got the "buy one, get one half off" deal so I am pleased with the price.
