This is an easy way to get your protein in, and I imagine it would count towards water as well. I tried the Orange Passion Fit flavor. Tasted similar to Orange Koolaid, though less sweet, so I guess it depends on how much you like that! It has 17 grams of protein, only 1 gram of sugar and is 70 calories per 20 oz. If you don't like protein shakes or need a break from them, I think this would be a great alternative and it would be good for travelling or while on the run! I plan on trying some of the other flavors.

Tried the chocolate flavor...yuck!!

The smell of the strawberry powder made me want to get sick.

Having trouble finding Carnation IB, Vanilla, i deciced to try this one at the request of someone at the health store, I FOUND IT VERY GOOD FOR MY TASTE..i especially like the vanilla that can be mixed with fruits and flavorings (like coconut) yum..i just tried the cho. it was good..the strawberry less tasty but add some red jello and spruces it up..!!!!

I bought this in 2 flavors...Grape Shape and Kiwi Strongberry. Both are stong in flavor (you can tell what flavor you are drinking) and the kiwi is the consistency of crystal light...the grape is a bit thicker, but over ice will be good.

The serving size is 1 bottle (16 fl. oz) so the bottle should last some time. It has 40 grams of protein and only 1 gram of carbs.

I like it because it's not like the thick shakes. Its more like a sour Koolaid but w/40 grams of protein,170 cal,only 1gr sugar,1 carb.

This is one my favorite protien bars. I have tried many of them.

30g protein, but sure didn't taste like peanuts! I also disliked the malt flavor, but the Double Chocolats is pretty good. I keep a couple in my purse for emergencies and as a meal substitute. Filling and satisfying.

I use a scoop with caration instant breakfast and bought mine on sale for 5.99. One of each flavor and I love them all. The natural is great to add protien into sauces as well.
