This is a good chocolate protein mix. Not chalky & mixes well with milk or water.

This is my new protein supplement. I fell in love with the taste right away. I got the smaller bars which are NOT high in calories or carbs and offer 15 grms of protein. Add in that there's only 3 gms of sugar, and we've found a keeper!

30 grms Protein, 1 Carb, and 1 Sugar. I love the Punch Flavor. It takes like Kool-aide.

A staple for me. I have at least one a day for a snack. Great source of protein and tastes amazing.

I typically use the chocolate flavor to mix with milk in the morning. I like the taste but the protein content is not as high as othe products. Vitamin SHoppe has mre flavors and right now I'm using thier vanilla praline. I mix it with milk and enjoy it more when I pour that mixture in a cup of decaf coffee.

The French Vanilla flavor was a very smooth powder and mixed well. Slight vanilla taste and a slight medicinal after taste. Added frozen banana to it and still had an after taste

This stuff isedicinal tasting, even when blended with ice and frozen strawberries. Yuck!

Mixes smooth. No odor, no after taste. Mixed with cold water it tastes like chocolate milk. A good choice.

I am one of those people who actually enjoy having a protein drink... but I have to say this is oe protein mix that I found to be very bland in chocolate taste and the protein after-taste really ruins the drink. On the plus side it is not overly-sweet like some powders tend to be. I won't buy this again. It just tastes bad overall.

depending which kind you decide on ..you need to chew these very good so as to not cause a blockage.. the taste is very good.. they don't give you that cardboard taste or that smell of whey either.
