My favorite of all the juice concentrates. 15g of protein and 70 cals. It's a great way to get some extra protien in while staying hydrated. It's refreshing. It's the closest thing to juice that I've found. Don't even bother with protein powdered fruit juice type drinks, they are so nasty. Orange or tropical punch are also my other favorite flavours.

Pros: They are fruit flavored "syrups" in a single size pouch. They come in various flavors. Mix/dilute with water. Tastes like kool-ade.
CONS: Made with Hydolized Gelatin Protein. It's an incomplete protein because it doesn't have any amino acids.
