A staple for me. I have at least one a day for a snack. Great source of protein and tastes amazing.

I really like these bars! They and the others in this line (One way, Joyride,Uturn, etc) are all excellent! They do have some real sugar in them so not all post ops may be able to tolerate them so watch for that. Otherwise they taste great and give you 15-16g of protein per bar.

I tried it pre-op and it was very good. Taste just like a Snickers bar. I haven't tried this post-op (I'm still on pureed/soft foods).

Really, not a bad bar. Impossible to eat a whole one but if you need a good source of protein, Detours 30 grams is the ticket.

I thought I had a snicker bar/15 g or protien, and low carbs, low fat, low sugar and low calories. What more could you ask for.

They taste like a snickers bar and satisfy the sweet desire while giving you protein. It is too many sugar grams to eat at once so I spread it through the day.

This is not even in the same league as some of the other smelly, disgusting protein bars I've tried. The caramel is sweet and decadent; this was truly a treat!

Ibought these because everyone raved about them on the AMOS message board. The first couple of bites were good, but it went downhill after that. They take forever to chew and are very large, so I could never get down a half a bar at a time. I also feel that they have too many calories.
