Best protein drink I have had...Needs to be blended with Skim Milk, I also blend up a few ice cubes with it.

20 grams of protien per scoop. Mixes easily with 1% or skim milk. No chalky taste. Taste like a McDonalds Vanllia Shake! Goes down Easy as well.

Tried the Choclate Caramel -- HORRIBLE! Tried mixing it with other things to disguise the taste - nonono. If you can stomach it, it has 21g of protein.

This suff works great to mix with Skim Milk. Pour it in the Ice Cream make and you have a high protein ice milk.. Good stuff.. But watch the sugar in the milk.
Try the Carmel chocolate flavor! Also mix a little Sugar Free Carnation Instant Breakfast with it for added protein and flavor.

I have the chocolate right now and plan on getting some vanilla so I can mix in fruit... there is 20 grams protein per scoop... add that with 8oz 1%milk and you have 31 g protien!!
This drink does not mix with milk. It is thin when mixed with water. It is palatable, however I probably won't buy it again unless I'm desparate.

I caught it on sale so I bought 2, one for work, one for home. I use vanilla flavor cause I don't want any fake chocolate. I tastes ... palatable. I can deal with this because it's not too sweet and not to flavored. For an extra "something extra" I sometimes add a couple of shots of strong black coffee (cooled), ice cubes and 1/2 pack of equal. Tastes good like that.
