I bought the unflavored whey. It is horribly "clumpy" if you mix it into any "hot" liquid like soup...but, it will smooth out if you stir it like crazy. I made the mistake of adding it to soup first, then putting it in the microwave...it almost exploded- what a mess that made! I have heard that most whey protein is best when added to cold food. I have been using my EAS vanilla and Chocolate in my cold items, so, I need to investigate this product further!
