HIS OFFICE WAS VERY NICE , NOT TO MENTION HIS CREW, KAREN I THINK WAS HER NAME, VERY NICE AND HELPFULL, ALTHOUGH SHE IS VERY THIN
SHE IN NO WAY MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE,
AND THAT WAS GREAT. DR WALDROP WAS VERY OPEN WITH ME, EXPLAINED EVERY THING TO ME ABOUT WLS AND ANSWERD AL MY QUESTIONS , AND LET ME TELL YOU THERE WERE ALOT...
HE REALLY EMPHASIZED TO ME THAT I NEED TO GET AN BARIATRIC PHYSICIAN AS TO HELP TRACK
MY WEIGHT LOSS AFTR SURGERY AS WELL AS MY VISITS WITH HIM. OVER ALL I WOOD RATE HIM JUST FROM MY ONE AND HALF HR CONSULT A 10
HIS OFFICE GAVE ME A PACKET OF PAPERS TO READ
REGUARDING HIS MEDICAL BACKGROUND, HIS SURGICAL COMPETENCE AND WE (MY HUSBAND AND
MYSELF) WERE HAPPY THIS PUT MY MIND TO REST.
WELL AT REST AS IT COULD BE THIS IS MAJIOR. BUT I FEEL GOOD IN HIS HANDS.

I attended a seminar to learn about the surgery. Dr. Waldrep, Dr. Patching and Dr. Hopkins were the Doctors that did the seminar. Dr. Waldrep has a wonderful personality. He seems caring and is extremely funny! I do not have a date for a consultation yet but can't wait to meet him.
**11-14-00 I had my surgery consultation with Dr. Waldrep today. He is the most compassionate Doctor I think I have ever met. He gives you his full attention, makes sure that you understand things completely. I was very impressed!

5/1/01 I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Waldrep. He is so compassionate, it is so unusual to find this quality in a surgeon.

Dr. Waldrep is an awsome doctor. He is very kind and considerate of your individual situation. He makes you feel as if you are very special. He explains the whole surgery in detail and even explains other ones for comparison. His office and staff is very friendly and very helpful. So far I can't say anything negative about Dr. W. He is great. Both His surgical competence and bedside manner is great.

I haven't seen him yet, I am going to call his office to see if I need a refferal. If I do, I will get one from my PCP.

Dr. Waldrep and his staff are the most helpful and compassionate people I've dealt with. He specializes in Lap surgeries. He gets a ten on my rating.

I just met with the surgeon today. I was impressed with his great since of humor, and his compassion. I felt he was truly concerned with my health and answered all my questions very thoroughly. He drew out by hand each step of the operation. He made me feel that I was in great hands. His office staff, Karen was also great. I feel very good about the whole process. I had my surgery date when I left the office. This is also a very handsome physician. Makes a "fat" person think about all the person that we may become. The Dr. addressed every issue that I could think of.

Very warm man with a sense of humor and not bad to look at! He was extremely informative and thorough. Nothing negative to say about him

Is the most caring concerned Dr. that I have ever met. He has been known for his hummor,bedside manner and Prompt call backs for any questions. He is a great guy and a wonderful surgeon.

He looked young
He had every thing under controle at all times
His staff was incredible, the most i could have needed or wanted
Nothing
After care is not as clear as i needed
no structure system but lots of support links
He was very strict in the screening he was not going to do the surgery no matter how bad i wanted it my health came first and he made that clear
Both were great

I love Dr. Waldrep,from the minite I met him there was this immediate trust in him. I cant explain it but its true. He is very compassionate and caring..you couldnt ask for a better Dr.
