I initially met with Karen, the coordinator on my first visit, not the surgeon. I thought she was outstanding because she emphasized what the program entailed. I felt very comfortable with my decision to have lap band. I met with the nutritionist and Doctor Ferzli for follow up care and received all the necessary post surgery information.

I've heard only good things about Dr. Ferzli and I really enjoyed meeting him. I looked at other programs while I was making the decision to have surgery but I'm glad I made the choice to have it with him through Lutheran's program.

My surgeon, Doctor Ferzli is confident and kind. I was impressed with his experience and I felt I was in good hands because of it. All the staff, program coordinator, nutritionist and office staff have been very helpful and sweet.

Doctor Ferzli performed my gallbladder surgery so I had known him before starting my surgical weight loss process. He is an amazing surgeon. He gets right to the point when he meets you, which I like. Although the process is long, I feel that the surgeon and the entire process takes all precautionary factors into account.. This is very comforting to me. The program also provides various amounts of help before and after surgery. This is also very comforting to me.

I think Doctor Ferzli is the best doctor. I think he is very cautious and includes discussion of positive and negative consequences of surgery. So far, I am happy with my results. The program is great and I recommend him to family and friends. Aftercare is definitely emphasized and everyone takes care of you. I think this program is top notch.

Everything about my surgeon and the program have been excellent. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. I have been educated well on all pre and post operative care.
