I had surgical on 8/6/2014, My Surgeon Sowemimo was wonderful he talk to and let me know that we are a team. this let me feel i was not alone in this. His staff are lovely . So if you are for someone come see him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my first impression of Dr Adeyeri was great just another doctor who has to many patients. my impression changed when I was one on one with him. Dr Aderyeri took the time to get to know me as a person first not just one of his patients he wanted to know a little about me and my family, my health. His office staff is the amazing the take the time to get to know u and help you in everyway possible and go above and beyond. I would recommend anybody to him in a heartbeat!!!! After my surgery he really keeps a close eye on you and makes sure you get the help you need. He also has a long structured aftercare program. He also talks to you about the risk of each surgery and what compliucations can happen and explains which surgery is for you and he also takes the time to make sure you understand when you leave his office. my overall rating of him and his staff is 10 out of 10
I am five days into my bariatric by-pass surgery and thank the Lord I feel great. Dr. Ayotunde Adeyeri is my surgeon and I could not have chosen a more competent surgeon if I scoured the world. He was right here in my 'own back yard'. My very first meeting with the Dr., I was treated as though I were his only patient, he listened to my questions and concerns and took every bit of the time I needed to have those answers. He never 'sugar coated' anything, and that is exactly what I wanted to hear; what I wished to hear. He went over all of the pros and cons of each different type of surgery and all of the risks in a clear cut, but extremely understandable explanations. His demeanor during further pre-op visits never change, always caring, calming, but always 'on point', again no sugar coating, I was so grateful for that and always left his office sure I was doing the right thing and more importantly, had the right surgeon! If I could sit for a year and think about anything I may have found negative about MY Dr., it would be a year wasted. He is exactly the kind of Dr. you want to encounter when you finally make a life decision such as bariatric surgery. Plain and simple, the best.
I cannot say enough about his office staff, Maya and Melissa are pure angels, always willing to answer a question at each phone call and can be reached any time of the day. If there is such a thing as being overly helpful, these women are just that, to them, there was never a dumb question and they let you know that.
If you have made the Bariatric decision for yourself, please think about choosing Dr. Ayotunde Adeyeri, I promise you, throughout your journey, you will never be disappointed with your choice. He emphasizes a very structured aftercare program, but, it is one that is so easy to fit into you 'new life' lifestyle. When I first heard it, I thought to myself, "boy, am I going to be able to adhere to this" and when I finally got to the point of having the surgery done, the aftercare was a no-brainer, totally fit into my mindset and my new lifestyle.
Dr. Ayotunde Adeyeri Is the General amongst the army of bariatric surgeons out there, in my opinion the best you can ever hope to find helping you. Believe me, I am a total research freak, everything I've read about this man came true in my encounters with him, even from the very first! His competency is far above the normal expectation you want and need in a surgeon, I would recommend him without batting an eye, he truly is, the best! God bless you Dr. Adeyeri, and thank you for giving me a better quality of life!
i had surgery with docter sowemino on wednsday july 9th the surgery went great i was in minor pain after and up and walking with in a few hours after waking up,it has only been 1 week since the surgery and i have already seen a differance in my weight i feel i made the perfect choice when choosing Dr. sowemimo as my sugent
Dr. Sowemimo changed my life from the moment I met him. I felt like I could talk to him about anything and ask as many questions as I wanted. I am 3 months post-surgery and have never felt so good in my entire life. I feel like I have a second chance, and Dr. Sowemimo helped me achieve that second chance. I would recommend him to anyone that is thinking of pursuing this journey. His office staff is awesome, too! Thanks Dr. S.
I am already seeing some good result after my surgery. Previously I was 250 and now 232 that's a good result after just one week only . After more months or years by sticking with my good diet and exercise i should be able to achieve my goal of 180 pounds.After God I can't thank enough Dr.Sowemimo for the safe and secure Bariatric surgery performed on me so my lifestyle can change for posite to the present and the future.Definitely would recommended more people to follow my good dexcision and send them to the best Doctor after God Dr.Sowemimo

When I took the decision to have the bariatric by-pas surgery I was 304 lbs, Nov. 15 2013 a friend recommended Dr. Adeyeri, so I went to see him and i didn't think it twice, he explained to me the risks and the best surgery for my self, the goods and the bad things if I don't follow all the instructions after surgery, his staff mara and melissa where the best staff I ever know, very helpful they give me all the information need it, always in contact, today 7/11/14 i have lost 84 lbs and keep losing weight. Dr. Adeyeri Thank you very much, your program aftercare is been wonderful, I will recommend him any time,

I just want to Thank Dr Seun Sowemimo for changing my life. I had the Gastric sleeve done on 7/2/2014. I feel really good about my decision and the results. The office staff is excellent and very friendly. Dr Seun Sowemimo is very big on aftercare and staying active. Eating healthy and exercising is key to a successful surgery. I rate Dr Seun Sowemimo a perfect 10. I would recommend Dr Seun Sowemimo to everyone, he is the best. Thanks Dr. Sowemimo.
Dr. Sowemimo did an excellent job, and his office staff were so great in helping and answering anything I needed. Everyone here has a genuine care here for their patients.
