I purchased this for my pre-surgical diet for the RNY and so far, I love it! It gives me everything I need, protein, low sugar, and flavor choices for cheap! Calories count is great too!

Mixed with skim milk it tastes like a nestley quick chocolate milk. Those people who said that this priduct tastes terrible must have tried a different flavor because the chocolate with milk is great.

I love the Chocolate. Its something I can drink. I make mine before I got to bed at night and it gets pretty thick like a shake should. I also use skim milk. I tried the strawberry as well and let me say NASTY. Chocolate is the way to go.
