I thought I'd try it as a preop and so far have only tried the chocolate but I noticed that it *was* hard to mix so it wasn't gritty but I just used a shaker and that seemed okay. It was pretty good and drinkable. I'll use it postop for sure. Still not as good as Protein DeLite!!
(indicates that they have used the product)I am a bit over 2 years out and have used all flavors of Unjury since I was 6 weeks post op. Even though I tried many many other brands of proteins, I kept coming back to Unjury. Not only is it the best tasting, the best smelling and easiest to mix, the service you get with Unjury is wonderful. They always seem to go the extra step to make sure their customers are happy. I would recommend it to anyone that is going to have surgery, not just wls. 1-800-517-5111
(indicates that they have used the product)This is the best protein supplement I found. Most of the others I tried tasted terrible and you had to consume a lot more to get the amount of protein you needed. I would mix one scoop of the chocolate unjury with a cup of Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk and ice in a blender and make a shake. One drink which tasted great gave me a total of 32 grams of protein.
