I purchase mine at http://www.vitacost.com // A good way to get the maximum ammount of calcium. Easy for me, I had a hard time swallowing the other hard calcium pills and did not know if they were digesting in my stomach enough.

This is the least expensive place on the internet as far as I can find. Shipping seems to stay the same even though you buy more than one. I didn't much care for the taste at first but they grew on me. They are like a treat or snack for me now. I just suck on them. They're kind of like huge sweet tarts only not tart.

It may have good protein and be easyer to to take but it made me want to throw-up.

NASTY/NASTY/NASTY! It was all I could do to chew up one of these a day-and you need to chew *4*!! Way too sweet! NO WAY NO HOW!! YUCK!

Initially these tiny tablets, when placed under the tongue have a cherry flavor. They desolve fast to a chalk-like consistency.

These are great-tasting, and, although it takes 4 to get 1000mg, they are almost like a treat. I keep a jar on my desk and "snack" on one occasionally.

So far this has been the only Calcium Citrate I've been able to stomach. I had problems getting the capsules down because it's harder for me to swallow now, but with the chewables I can get them down with no problem.

I thought these were wonderful until I realized that I needed to be taking 8 of them a day to get in the recommended dose of calcium my Dr wants be to have. I just can't stomach 8 wafers a day and try to drink all my liquids and eat what I am trying to eat as a postop. I am looking for another calcium alternative.

A little hard to mix but tastes good

Found this to be product easily dissolved! Used it with water to decrease the thick consistancy. Mixed one package (which contained 45gms of protein)in 1000 cc. Liked the chocolate and strawberry flavors, best.
