If you are not a chocolate milkshake lover, like me, who loves strawberry, give this a pass. I tried mixing it several ways and just didn't like it. I could have exchanged the product but the return shipping cost was prohibitive.

This is pricey, but no more than other meal replacement protein drinks and it is very good. Convenient in little individual containers which makes it easy to take to work, etc.

It gives me the feeling of satisfaction when I am craving chocolate.

I got a trial packet in the mail. I added a packet of sweetner to cut the sour taste since I'm not a huge fan of grapefruit. It was pretty tasty, and refreshing. This drink will be a great help to those trying to meet protien requirements.

Smartforme, usually has sales. However, it's a great drink and has 15 grams of protein. Real good if you make a smoothie with ice and berries!

I recieved a sample at my post op workout class. *Side note* I really pick my surgeon mainly for his post op care. One of the benys is we have to attend a monthly work out class with a trainer. Its a great class, so much fun!
Anyway, I got the sample after class, mixed it with one of the many waters I carry with me! Its so good!
Each packet is 15 grams of protein! I use two at a time, mix it up in my blender bottle and pour it over ice! Yummy! It even better with some berry Propel water! A little pricey but worth it for the taste!
