Silk Protein Nutmilk is what I am drinking for milk snacks three times a day after my vertical sleeve gastrectomy. I am intolerant to all dairy and Silk Protein Nutmilk has 10g of protein and is helping me reach my protein goals each day.

The consistency is smooth and the flavor is mild. I've mixed it in pudding, and other mix in recipes and it has been unnoticeable.

The fact that I don't have to pay for shipping and can find it at my local grocery store has been a great for my budget. Similar in cost to other milk substitutes.
