At 35grams of protein per can and only 160-170 calories. One gram of sugar and NO Maltodextrin or malitol to nasty it up. It is certainly not the best thing I've ever tasted, but the nutritional value far outweighs the flavor and for me is well worth the steep $$.

love it. comes out great when its a little bit thicker like a milkshake! makes me feel satisfied longer.

I purchased the shakes (single serving cans) from Amazon.com & the Vitamin shop.com. Decent taste & 35 gm protein in 11oz can! Very good taste (prefer the choco but the banana is a nice treat!)

I am 5 months post op and was having a hard time getting my protein intake daily. I went looking for something to supplement because I can not get the shakes down. I found these and it is the answer for me.

You can watch for these bars to go on sale at Meijers for 10 for 10 and get 11th free. I usually stock up during a sale. I eat a bar for bf everyday. They have 20 grams of protien and at first they don't taste too good, but compared to all the products I have tried I like these the best. Not appropriate for immediate post op, but I started using them about 6 months out

I love the Pure Protein protein bars. They have 20g protein per bar and are great for on-the-go snacks. My favorite flavor is the chocolate peanut butter.

When it's cold, the strawberry and frosty chocolate remind me a little of those Nesquick drinks I used to have as a kid. Aftertaste can be a bit strong so be prepared with gum or a toothbrush afterward. I like having a can as post-breakfast snack after I get to work--with 35 g of protein, it's the only supplement I need for the day.

I find this product convenient and good tasting, I like chocolate, strawberry banana and cookies and cream @ 35 grams of protein a can I am happy with it
