We love these shakes. We both had RNY in Ocy for hubby and Nov for me 2017. These are the best shakes that we have found.
We get the 12 pack at Sams Club and BJ warehouse dor normally 16.96 but once a month they have them for 12.96 so we buy the limit each time. Banana is my favorite. We have tried the chocolate, banana, vanilla, strawberry and peach. Not a cookie and cream fan so did not try it yet. I freeze a couple bananas and then I put the bananas in my ninja and one of the banana shakes and make ice cream out of it. Same with the strawberry using frozen strawberries.
I've had a really hard time tracking the new flavors down. Finally found a 4 pack of the Cookies & Cream at my local Wal-Mart, I liked the flavor a lot! I had no problems drinking it, texture was good. I'd like to try making this one into a chia pudding, or a protein ice cream.

I use Premier Protein ready-to-drink shakes in my coffee. They are better than using cream or creamers for the nutrition and my coffee tastes much better by adding their shakes. I bought the Premier Protein Cookies and Cream and love it! The flavor is delicious and isn't just a diluted chocolate flavor. I like all of their shakes but this one is my very favorite. My husband and son (the true taste-tasters) also love it. It will be a regular in my refrigerator now.

I found out about Premier Protein Chocolate Shake from this site and tried it for the first time two years ago. I have to say it is one of the best tasting proteins I have had since I had surgery in 2006. I am battling regain, so I am using Premier as my meal replacement at this time. Chocolate is my favorite out of the flavors I have tried. I love the ready to drink ones better than the powder but that is probably because it is convenient.

I have VSG surgery scheduled in two weeks. My eating plan for surgery is a low sugar/fat protein shake for breakfast with at least 25 grams of protein and two portioned healthy meals. 6 days before surgery, I have to switch to 4 shakes a day, chicken broth snacks, and 80 oz. of water.
I was getting SO upset because I am almost to the 6 days of liquid only and I could not find a protein shake I like (ready made) that I enjoyed. I tried the chocolate this morning and it was DELICIOUS. It kept me full and satisfied until lunch time and I am actually looking forward to my all liquid diet now! It's the only bit of "sweetness" in my day. Thus far, I have only tried the chocolate. I'm getting the caramel next. They are available at my local Sam's Club for only $16.99 (case of 12) This is a STEAL in my opinion.
If you are having trouble finding a shake that you like, TRY THIS ONE.
