I know this product is no revelation. I heard about it from someone, who'd heard about it from someone else, etc., so the secret is definitely out. I just wanted to say how tasty it really is, not chalky, not chunky, not thick, not bad tasting, PREMIXED/ready-to-drink, and 30 grams of protein per container plus quite a few of the necessary vitamins and minerals - all you need when combined with the multi-vitamin and B1/B12 (and later calcium) supplements we require! Two shakes a day while on liquids post-surgery, and even thereafter, and you've got your protein requirements in for the day! Even one a day to replace a meal, with a regular diet thereafter and you'll get more protein than you need.

This is a ready-to-drink protein shake that really tastes good. It is high protein (30 grams) and low sugar (1 gram). I keep a case in my car, office and at home. It can also be purchased online.

It's a lot of protein (30gm) in just 11 ounces, it tastes creamy and it's good for post-op. Easy to take on the go too, since it's individually packaged. Best if served cold.

This one actually tastes pretty decent! And no weird after taste (like Adkins). The best part is it delivers 30 gm. Protein per 11 oz. and only 3 gm fat and 5 gm carbs (3 are fiber).
