I tried several proteins after surgery, 2 years ago and found Premier and I have been very impressed. I have mixed it with ice and flavored syrups and made shakes. I have heated it to make hot chocolate. Great product!!

I started drinking Premier Protein shakes, the chocolate flavor during the pre-op stage of my planned RNY. I was so tired of all the sickeningly sweet protein shakes out there. I was pleasantly surprised after trying Premier Protein. Not only do they taste great, not overly sweet, they are packed with 30g of protein without all the fillers and junk that some others sneak into their ready to drink shakes. My "Go To" Protein Drink EVERYDAY! Love my Premier Protein Vanilla Shake in the morning with my coffee and during work. I keep a portable cooler with me and manage to meet my daily protein intake always due to my shakes. Love, love, love them!!!
I use them in many different ways...in my oatmeal in the morning, as a meal replacement alone, in my coffee and in warm tea. These drinks keep me satisfied and cure my sweet tooth when I have a craving. Highly recommend all of the flavors!

I was so happy to discover Premier Protein Shakes as I was never wild about the powder versions of shakes we had to make pre-op. I've been using Premier Protein Chocolate shakes for 2 yrs+ pre-op sleeve and every morning since including post-op. They hit the spot, fill me up and keep me satisfied. They are thick, delicious, fast and easy for on the go.
I would love a Costco membership as it so close to my home.
