Add some of this to vary the flavor of just about anything. I use it in water, plain yoghurt, or plain tea. My favorite flavors are berry pomegranate and mango peach.
I love this for a quick dessert. I make the pudding, add in a few fresh strawberry slices and then crumble up one reduced-fat graham cracker on top. Makes a low-fat and low-calories "Strawberry Cheesecake" dessert.

Kit comes with 2 whole wheat wraps, chicken, cheese, and dressing. Also has a cup of sugar free jello. Tastes best heated. I just dump everything (except the jello)on one wrap, and add some green pepper. Yummy!
