This product line is great for flavoring foods besides popcorn. It comes in the following flavors:

white cheddar
parmesan & garlic
ranch
nacho cheddar
sour cream & onion
jalapeno
barbecue
cajun
apple cinnamon
chocolate marshmallow

Most have no fat, no sugar and no carbs. Serving size is 1/4 tsp and are between 2 and 4 calories a serving.

I've tried all but the jalapeno and cajun. I've loved all the others. Ranch is great in mashed potatoes. Apple cinnamon and chocolate marshmallow are wonderful in oatmeal.

I found it cheaper to buy mine online because they have a deal where you buy four and get one free. Plus, the two stores here that sell this product line only care two or three of the flavors.
