I got the vanilla it also comes in chocolate it's very tasty. Also very light being made from Egg whites it can be whipped to make a whip Cream like topping quite easily. It doesn't seem
to have fibber I prefer soy protein powder because I feel fuller. However I will continue to use this product as well because of the great taste and protein value.
