Excellent source of protein, not bad taste. Take 1 oz at a time, take it in a medicine cup 3x/day. I would not recommend Vitacost.....says they ship in 24 hours.....I got them 10 days later.....after 3 calls and cancelling my order.

Although I have been told you can't absorb the whole 42 gr in one shot I put 1/2 a tube in bottled water and break it up over the day. It is a good boost to keep my protein levels up.
