1 - 33g scoop has 1.5g fat, 3 carbs, 25g of protein. 130 calories (15 calories from fat) remember to add additional info if milk or juice added.
Mixes well with milk and tastes pretty good. It did not leave me with an after taste. I would recommend it and buy it again.
I bought the 1000 so I only have to take it twice per week instead of daily. It dissolves nicely under your tongue in about 5 minutes and then you can swallow it. It says cherry on the box but of course, it's like all other supplements, the true taste is cherry chalk. Not bad though compared to other supplements I take. I'd buy it again.

If you can get past the smell, you won't get past the taste, both horrid. When I opened the bottle, the foil cover under the cap just crumpled and fell in the liquid it was so old. Just bought it locally and would never buy it again. The taste and smell nauseated me, very "vitamin smelly" and it will sicken you.

If you get a gold card and go first of month the price is usually a lot cheaper. Around 27.00 for 6 lbs. I love the banana, choc carmel not so fond of others

I have not tried any other flavor than milk chocolate. It tastes like a milk shake and it has 50 grms of protein per drink.

it's too bland. Needs somethng added to it. It tasted very weak with water. Tasted like powdered milk when mixed with skim milk. If it had more taste it would be a better value. I will try to add more SF flavorings.

The smell and taste are awful and I poured it out after two dosages. I know that I would not be able to use it after my surgery. Ughhh. The terrible aroma of that horrible stuff remains long after it has been consumed. Even refrigerating it didn't help.
