A great overall product. Very complete formula, a lot great ingredients for muscle building - 280 cal with 50g of whey protein, 35% vitamin/minerals(calcium 75%), low fat, low carb, low sugar, dietary fiber, metabolic and thermogenic factors,creatine,branched-chain amino acids, enzymes, lipotropics, and chromium/vanadium for blood sugar. My biggest complaint is that it is very thick and hard to mix. It never mixes right with a shaker. Your suppose to use 8oz water(yuk) or milk(taste better). The best way of drinking it is to use a blender mixing it with 12oz of milk.
(indicates that they have used the product)This is the only protein powder that I have found that I can just add to water, shake, add ice and drink. I occasionally add a squirt or two of flavoring or mix with flavored water like Cherry Fruit 2O for a great chocolate/cherry taste. It has exception flavor (chocolate anyway), mixes easily with NO GRIT whatsoever and tastes just like Nestle's Quik to me. It has allowed me to increase my protein because I like it so much!
(indicates that they have used the product)I have tried ALOT of protein drinks, spent alot of money on drinks that tasted like dirt, gritty tasten and I just couldn't hold it down. Until I met the Vitalady (Michelle) who i got tons of information about protein and tried her samples at which I found PS 100 to be the best tasten for me. Its thick, rich choc. tasten almost like a frost, or a choc. milk. You don't mix it w/ milk 80 calories per scope, no sugar and les than 2 grams of carbs what more would one want. :)
(indicates that they have used the product)Absolutely the best protein supplement out there! I make it with 3 ice cubes, 4 ounces of water, 2 scoops of proscore, blended with a hand blender. Excellent taste and texture, and no yucky aftertaste like most of the protein powders out there.
(indicates that they have used the product)I literally went through tons of different proteins until Michelle Curran linked me to this one, her personal favorite, and it is fantastic. I mix two scoops with 6 oz of milk, l/2 c of ice and occasionally a little sf choc pudding mix and blend - Gives you 32g of protein. I do this in AM for breakfast and have a banana and do a smaller shake while cooking dinner to curb the hunger. MMMMMmmmmm
(indicates that they have used the product)The chocolate is THE best protein shake I've had so far.
