Tried Mint and Cinnamon... even more potent than Altoids... I like Altoids, but these things are over the top, I couldn't take them everyday. Like Tropical Oasis Liquid Calcium Citrate with D and Magnesium much better.

I had a sample of the wild cherry and it was too sweet for me. I like the Cinnamon lozenges better. They take a long time to disolve.

I have starting drinking these meal replacements..getting ready for surgery. The Chocolate and strawberry are very good.. Not too keen on the Vanilla

Not bad. Taken every other day under the tongue. Takes awhile to dissolve though (30 minutes or more).
