This was the first protein bar that I could actually eat without wanting to chug a gallon of water after each bite or spit it out. I recommend the Chocolate Peanut Butter or Chocolate Caramel Cluster ones. The fruity/yogurt ones are not so great. They really help with keeping those carb/sugar cravings under control :)

There are 16 gm. of protein in each bar. I have one for breakfast everyday, it goes very well with my hot tea in the morning.
(indicates that they have used the product)I was using this product post op. What I didnt realize was it was extremely high in sugar and carbs. I also didn't realize that the amount of protein it advertises is mostly a type of protein that is not able to absorb into the body. A total waste for a gastric-bypass patient. Thought I was doing the right thing with my protein intake only to find out from a nutritionist that I definently was not gettin much (if any) protein from these bars!
