Christina Rowan is a clinical psychologist in the Weight Management Institute at Summa Health. She provides individual and group counseling, assessment, and support services to patients struggling with weight or eating-related concerns, with a special emphasis on those undergoing weight loss surgery. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic’s Bariatric and Metabolic Institute. Her areas of specialty include health psychology, obesity and weight management, disordered eating, body image and self-esteem, gender and sexuality, psychological assessment, mood disorders, and lifespan development.
