I have been using protein shakes for many years and I have not ever found one like this one seeing how is is a actual meal replacement and so I can skip 2 regular meals a day and continue to cut calories not nutrition! This is BY FAR the best nutritional supplemental shake I have ever tried. It is delicious & gives me the nutrition I don't absorb any longer. LOVE IT!!! It tastes like cake batter & there are soooo many ways to make it. I make an iced coffee shake every morning that tastes BETTER than the national chains AND I am getting healthier...post op. Try IT!!!
